At Nordisk Store, we are committed to delivering your camping gear, tents, and outdoor essentials safely and efficiently. We understand that outdoor enthusiasts value reliable delivery and transparent shipping information, and we strive to make every order experience as smooth as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 4–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx)

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days
  • Shipping Cost: $12.95 USD
  • Tracking: Included

Our DHL and FedEx shipping services provide reliable international delivery with full tracking, allowing you to monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.


Free Shipping (EMS)

  • Delivery Time: 12–24 business days
  • Shipping Cost: Free on orders over $50 USD
  • Tracking: Included

Orders totaling $50 USD or more qualify for free EMS shipping. This option offers a cost-effective solution for customers who are not in a rush and wish to enjoy additional savings.


Shipping Destinations

Nordisk Store currently ships to customers worldwide, with the following exceptions:

  • Countries and regions within Asia
  • Remote or restricted delivery areas

If your shipping address falls within an excluded region, we may be unable to complete delivery. If you are uncertain whether your location is eligible, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.


Packaging & Product Protection

Our products include camping tents, outdoor equipment, lanterns, windbreaks, tools, and other adventure essentials that require careful handling during transit.

To help ensure safe delivery:

  • All items undergo quality inspection before shipment.
  • Products are securely packaged using protective materials.
  • Larger outdoor equipment and tents are packed to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
  • Fragile or sensitive items receive additional protective packaging when necessary.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment. Customers may use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and location of their package throughout the delivery process.


Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Nordisk Store cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Carrier-related delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customs Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local government charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the affected item.

If your shipment appears lost or experiences an unusual delay, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist whenever possible.
